The Zen app is asking me for a Bridge ID? What is that?

Unless you have been instructed otherwise, the app that has been downloaded is strictly for our enterprise partners- not for residential use. Please utilize the app respective to your home automation system that was purchased.

If you are a partner user, and need assistance identifying your Bridge ID, please contact us at support@zenthermostat.com and we will clarify your Bridge ID based on the account.
