First, ensure you have followed the steps correctly:
- Open a connection to your current hub by following the instructions provided by your HA system provider.
- Once this connection is open, pull the ZEN display off the wall and press the “Network” button on the rear of the display five times. You should see the network icon flashing on the front of the display; this will indicate that your ZEN thermostat is attempting to connect to a network.
- Once connected, the network icon will stop flashing and stay illuminated.
If the above instructions did not work to pair your unit, please power cycle the Zen Thermostat, by removing the batteries from the back of the unit for a 10 seconds, and placing them back in the unit and trying again.
