I have lost one of my links, how can I get a replacement?

It's understandable to have misplaced one of the links, as they are little and can fall places. If you happen to misplace one, or even both of your links, please contact:

support@zenthermostat.com - provide your Serial Number for your unit (located behind the faceplate), as well as your ship to address - and we will coordinate the shipment of a link or two to you.
