My heat pump is heating when it should be cooling. What should I do?

If your system uses a heat pump and blows in warm air when the ZEN Thermostat is set to “cool” mode (the “cool” or “snow flake” icon is on), this is likely to be a configuration error. You may need to reverse the functionality of the heat pump O/B wire. In order to change the setting on the O/B wire, repeat the configuration process, this time selecting the opposite wire to your last choice (O instead of B or B instead of O).
